Exchange Only. Our Warranty policy last 30 days.
We offer Exchange Only. Item(s) must be in the original packaging. If the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, the buyer will be notified that the item(s) will be marked as unacceptable, and no exhange will be given. Once we receive the item(s) and the exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement(s) with your next order.
Shipping
To return your product for an exchange, you should first send an email to info@fromhalo.com for review and once the return method is approved, send your item to the return address as instructed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if there isn't anything wrong with the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
